Classes and Training

 

The club has a friendly non-intimidating atmosphere. If you want to learn to box and take things to the next level you can, if you want to just do a few circuits to get fit, then thats fine as well. If you want us to push you to train hard, we will. If you just want to come along and take things eeasy, you are more than welcome.

 

Class times

 

  • Tuesday        Juniors 6-7pm:  Seniors 7-8pm
  • Wednesday   Mixed fitness class  7:15-8:15pm
  • Thursday       Juniors 6-7pm: Seniors 7-8pm

 


Fees - Your first session is FREE! Members receive discounted prices

 

Kit - To train you will need a pair of trainers and sports kit (ie shorts and t-shirt). If you want to take part in more advanced boxing and sparring, you will need a gum sheild and are welcome to bring your own gloves etc, and will also need to be a member of the club.
