Classes

Classes take place at the times listed below. The classes are for all ages and abilities, and are made up of various three minute rounds which for the circuits. A typical circuit would be two rounds of skipping, two rounds of shadow boxing, two rounds on the pads, a jog around the block and then a round of floor work (pressups, sit ups etc). The club has a friendly non-intimidating atmosphere. If you want to learn to box and take things to the next level you can, if you want to just do a few circuits to get fit, then thats fine as well. You can basically to as much or as little as you like.

Tuesday - 6-7pm - (All ages, abilities and sexes) Location & map here
Thursday - 5:30 - 6:16 Juniors (Under 16). 6-7pm Adults- (All abilities and sexes) Location & map

Saturday Session - Coming soon

Fees - Your first session is FREE! £3 a session thereafter (£2 for under 16s)

Kit - To train you will need a pair of trainers and sports kit (ie shorts and t-shirt). If you want to take part in more advanced boxing and sparring, you will need a gum sheild and are welcome to bring your own gloves etc, and will also need to be a member of the club.
